Experienced LPNs and Licensed Practical Nurses may often supervise other care givers such as nursing assistants, aides, orderlies and other less experienced LPNs.
LPN Jobs are for generalist nurses who will work in any area of health care, some LPNs work in specialized settings, such as nursing homes, doctor's offices, or in home care. The growth in LPN Jobs is expected to be driven by the long term care needs of our increasing elderly population and the general increase in demand for healthcare, medical and nursing home services.
